Here’s what you should know about our refund policy:

1. Terms of Sale

Refunds are accepted under the following circumstances:

 

A. The voucher purchased was not redeemed

B. Refund must be initiated within 7 days of deal close date.

i. Exceptions

There may be situations that are out of dealfrenzy control. eg., a business closes down before redemption of voucher.
Our subscribers are our priority; each case may be unique and will reviewed individually. As part of our commitment to you, we take pride in prioritizing your satisfaction.

2. How to initiate a refund?

Should you feel a need to refund an unused voucher and you are within the refund period as defined, please contact us at refund@dealfrenzy.com and be sure to include your full name and voucher #.

3. Unhappy with a deal?

Dealfrenzy proudly offers you a complete refund for up to 30 days after your purchase, if our deal doesn't live up to your expectations.
