Do I need to use my dealfrenzy Voucher the same day I buy it?

No, but it does have an expiration date so stop procrastinating, get up, grab a friend and use it! Your Voucher Number is the number provided at the top right corner of your Voucher.

I bought a dealfrenzy Voucher - how do I use it?

When your credit card is charged, you’ll receive an email with a link to sign in and print your voucher. The voucher will also have instructions on how to redeem it.

If I don't use the full value of the dealfrenzy Voucher in one visit, can I use the remainder later?

Unless otherwise stated on the voucher, you will not receive cash or credit back for the unused amount. Bring a friend and share the deal. 

Can I combine my dealfrenzy Voucher with other offers or specials?

Unless the deal highlights specify otherwise, deals cannot be combined with any other offers.

Is dealfrenzy safe?

We ensure all transactions are secure and will never store your credit card info on any of our servers. Your credit card transaction is transmitted by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) directly to a secure electronic vault so, you can rest easy knowing your information is safe.

Can I return a dealfrenzy Voucher?

Check out our Refund Policy. We understand that sometimes there are exceptions to the Refund Policy, for example if the business runs out of stock. During these special circumstances please email us at support@dealfrenzy.com and we will work with you to come to a reasonable solution.

What happens if my dealfrenzy Voucher expires?

If the expiration of the paid value of the Voucher in accordance with the date printed on the Voucher is prohibited under the law of the jurisdiction in which the Merchant is located, then the Voucher shall expire as follows: the promotional portion of the Voucher will expire on the date printed on the Voucher, and the paid portion of the Voucher will expire five (5) years from the date the Voucher is issued, except to the extent applicable law requires that the Merchant extend the period in which the Voucher may be redeemed.

The Merchant is obligated to honour the Voucher in compliance with law. If the Merchant refuses to honour the Voucher before the relevant expiration date, then dealfrenzy will refund the paid portion of your Voucher in the form of a credit for future Deals (what we currently call “dealfrenzy dollars”). In order to receive the credit, you must provide the following information in writing to support@dealfrenzy.com: (a) Voucher number and Merchant with whom you sought to redeem the Voucher, (b) statement of the date, time, and circumstances in which the Merchant refused to redeem the Voucher, and (c) a true and accurate statement that the Voucher has never been redeemed with the Merchant. d) The Sign-Up email you used during the initial registration on dealfrenzy

Do you ever remove comments from the discussion board?

From time to time we have to remove offensive or abusive posts to maintain a friendly, respectful board for everyone.

What if the business for my dealfrenzy Voucher runs out of stock?

Our deepest apologies if this very rare circumstance happens to you. We really wanted you to enjoy your deal. If this happens, please email us at support@dealfrenzy.com with your user name and voucher number and we’ll give you a full refund.

I just sent a referral to my friend - now what?

After your friend signs up and makes their first purchase, we’ll email you to let you know we’ve added $5 to your dealfrenzy Wallet. Make your dealfrenzy Wallet fat (don’t worry, it’s not a real wallet with real leather) by sharing your referral link with more friends.

Can I refer as many people as I want?

You can refer as many of your friends as you want and once they make a purchase, $5 will be added to your Wallet. The more friends you refer, the more dealfrenzy dollars you’ll get in your Wallet. So go forth and make friends!
