Position: Customer Relations

Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handling incoming and outgoing calls
  • Monitor live discussion boards
  • Read & respond to emails and follow up with customers
  • Listen to and analyze customers needs and provide solutions
  • Promote dealfrenzy daily deals via discussion boards, email and phone
  • Take appropriate action to efficiently resolve issues
  • Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end
  • Meet established productivity objectives
  • Receive and incorporate feedback to improve personal and business performance


Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Ability to work full time and with a flexible schedule
  • Basic computer knowledge (windows-based systems and internet browsing) with the ability to learn customer service software applications
  • Superior multitasking abilities
  • Demonstrate ability to positively influence others (propose options/solutions to customer)
  • Punctual and committed to work schedules

Position:

Account Executive

We are searching for an experienced Inside Sales Executive for a full-time role. This individual must possess an entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work in a start-up environment with minimum supervision.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1-2 years of inside telephone business to business selling experience.
  • Have a proven track record negotiating and closing business at owner level.
  • Proven success in cold-calling, prospecting, and closing business over the phone is a must.
  • Past experience of web & internet marketing sales is preferred
  • Self-starter, and accomplished inside sales person.
  • Good listener, fast learner.
  • Responsible with strong work ethics
  • Excellent organization & prioritization skills.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with full knowledge of the sales process

Training will be provided.
